We file it for you and send the documents back to the owner on record. If anything cannot be completed, you are refunded — not left waiting.
What it costs
Government fees, at cost.
The fee you pay the government is the fee the government set. We do not mark it up, round it up, or hide a cut inside it.

Are you a government agency?
No. VioTrack is a private company. We are not a government body and we are not
an agent of any government body unless we say so explicitly for a specific service. Documents are
issued by the relevant authority, not by us — we file on your behalf and bring them back to you.
Where does the information in a check come from?
From the authorities that issue the documents. We show you when a record was last
confirmed so you can judge how current it is, and we mark anything we cannot confirm as unverified
rather than guessing.
What does it cost?
Checking is free. When you renew, you pay the government's own fee plus, where it
applies, the insurance premium set by the insurer and any delivery you have chosen. Every line is
itemised before you pay.
Someone else pays for my renewal. Who gets the documents?
The owner on record does. Whoever pays gets a receipt confirming the job is done,
but the documents and any personal details go to the owner. That holds even if the payer asks
otherwise.
What if my renewal cannot be completed?
You get your money back. Government portals go down and records sometimes do not
match; when that happens we tell you what went wrong and refund you. We do not sit on your money
waiting for a system to come back.
My plate is a custom or older-format one. Will it work?
It should. We do not assume a plate follows the usual pattern, and we read your
vehicle's details from its actual record rather than guessing from the letters. If a check does not
recognise your plate, tell us and we will look into it.
When are you live in my state?
We are opening states one at a time so that each one works properly before the next.
